Hi Sara, you made a purchase from me and I appreciate that very much. The tracker is showing that delivery was attempted on September 9th and it was an insufficient address. Not sure what is up, I've contacted poshmark and as far as I know, your package is at the Post Office.

@sgroban They emailed me on September 17th that they refunded your money and also compensated me for the product, and they consider it a resolved issue.
