@sarasuds35 Hi. It's okay. you have to call them. I did call Verizon. Spoke to Jeff. He stated the watch is good and has been released back in April 2021. Is there anything else I can do??

Not yet. I will call them again today while my kids are at school. They have drastically decreased the hours that they have phone service. I also need to figure out how to have Poshmark release the payment to you.

@venessa_franco 2 hours (no joke I have been on the phone with them since 12:01 and just hung up at 2:01) they finally were able to get it activated. If they are not able to release payment to you then call me and we can work out something. 513-314-2692. Thank you for your help!

I have sent Poshmark numerous emails and messages. They are not responding and they don't have a phone number. Maybe if I don't return it (it is finally working, I have no intent on returning it and never asked/wanted to do so) they will give you the money. The email with the return label said "Please ship your order back to the seller using the return label attached to this email. We kindly ask that you return the order within 2 business days. Maybe since I won't be returning it they will pay you. I am so sorry that they have not given you the money. I feel very bad about it and want to make sure that you get the money ASAP.

@sarasuds35 I'm so sorry for all the trouble and for now just seeing these messages. I had a hip replacement on 11/17. Recovery is no joke.

Great news! I got an email from Poshmark today that says "Thanks for the reply! We have cancelled the return and funds have been released to your seller." I am so glad you will get the money! I hope you feel better soon!
