julied504 Hi Sarah, I sent you a message yesterday when I saw your feedback on the Boots, not sure if you received my message. I also reached out to Posh Support regarding the boots. They are 100% authentic and I have the exact pair in brown and never had an issue with the soles, nor did I have any prior knowledge of an issue with the pair I sold to you.

julied504 Continued——- If you take them to a shoemaker, they will be able to properly repair them so you’ll get years and years out of these beautiful boots. I am truly sorry about the sole coming unglued, and would be happy to cover the cost of repair. I really want my buyers to be happy and satisfied with their purchase, and value my Posh Stats.
