lvshoez Hi, the Buckle is made to look Rusty as a total distressed look of the boot but I don't believe it's real rest I think it's just some kind of treatment they put on the metal if it was real rust it would be dangerous in I think it's just a chemical that looks like that. I never really researched it but it doesn't feel like rust and any other questions feel free to ask thank you.

lvshoez @dolores_arroyo also sorry I forgot to tell you there is no damage to the shoes they're basically brand-new probably worn two times so you've got the normal distress look and maybe a little wear on the bottom.

lvshoez also in my photo that looks like the leather is a little wrinkled it is a soft leather and in person you really do not even see that the boot looks great and also you can go to YouTube and see a model of these boots if you just type in search Freebird Billy boots. thank you
