anna3126 I was sorry to hear you were having trouble with your vintage dress zipper! 😥 I did check it before mailing and it worked fine. Because of age of item, you may want to take to cleaners, seamstress to help you. Vintage is fabulous but can need TLC. Hope this helps.

churchyzgirls I am so sorry about the shipping issues with the post office... thank goodness it finally got to you! I have no idea what went wrong & I am new to this, so I had no idea how to contact you to let you know. I shipped them out immediately, but they were hung up somewhere along the line! chrishstevens Hi, it seems I accidently swapped orders and sent your Gap Star Wars Swim to someone else. They received them today and you will probably be receiving their floral dress. So so sorry I'm so mad at myself. When you receive it you can open a case and Poshmark will send each of you new labels to send to each other. If you have any questions let me know. Again so so sorry.

chrishstevens @milkbones17 When you receive it you will get a message from Poshmark to accept the order when you go to accept there should be a place to click "problem with the order". That is where you open a case and submit a photo. Poshmark should be pretty quick about sending a new label. Thank you for being understanding. I always try to double check before I mail off. I guess it slipped past me this time.

chrishstevens Hi, I was wondering if you got the label to send the dress to the other buyer. Poshmark sent me a message a couple weeks ago that they sent both buyers new labels. They would have emailed it to you.

milkbones17 @chrishstevens sorry for the late reply, I was away for spring break. I received the email this week and will print and have it sent. After I completed the form, it took awhile for them to send me the label. Is that normal? I’m wondering if there was a quicker way to move along the process. Thanks!
