bksocialstatus Thank you so much for your purchase! I am glad you love the bag. I sent you a message regarding your comment on the bag smelling like smoke. We do not smoke and I do not allow smoking in my home so I do not know how this is possible. I do however feel responsible since the bag was in my possession. So if you would like to have the bag cleaned, I would be happy to reimburse you for doing so, just send me the bill. I am very sorry for this and any for inconvenience.

sarah_steinberg @bksocialstatus that is so kind of you. I'm guessing it was the delivery driver that was probably smoking around the packages. My friend told me to put ground coffee in crumpled up paper inside the bag to absorb the odor - so I am trying that, first. I also think a little time outside in the sunshine will help (if it ever stops snowing here). Thank you, though, for your generous offer to pay for cleaning. You shouldn't have to pay for the driver's error.
