vidreamer You gave me a one star rating because of a problem with the post office. I did nothing wrong. I have reached out to Poshmark support, but I really think rating me one star because of a postal problem is very wrong.Boots were shipped in perfect condition and mailed promptly. Misdelivery is not my fault and had you reached out to poshmark, they would have addressed the problem which has nothing to do with me !

vidreamer @smarquisskropf sounds good. You did rate me. I have reached out to Poshmark, but you should also. I am sure if you claim them as not delivered , that they will refund you. I mailed the boots the day after you ordered. I’m not sure how a buyer contacts Poshmark, but look at the sale and see if there is a place that says problem with order and let them know. I will continue to try and take care of it on my end.

vidreamer @smarquisskropf The only way to contact Posh is through email, so I hope they contact me. You can also ask your local post office to check the tracking number and speak to your carrier. It’s USPS. I’ll do my best to help you get your money back.
