sarahellen2387 @lapride hey i got the purse last night im not home but my sister opened it and smells like smoke? She said its pretty bad but its in good condition so if i can get the smell out i def want to keep it. Any advice?

lapride I can't possibly imagine how that could happen. I have a non-smoking household. I have no pets. I even steam cleaned the purse. So if it smells like smoke I am dumbfounded.

lapride @sarahellen2387 I wish there was something I could say but I have never had this be a problem. My mother died of lung cancer.. no smoke, no nothing. I purchased the purse from a best friend who carried it twice. She is also a non smoker. I simply have no words. I steamed out the wrinkles, stuffed it, wrapped it with tissue paper and sent off. Im so sorry. Idk what to say.

lapride @sarahellen2387 I definitely want you to be pleased with the purse. FYI, there was no cleaning stuff. I have a professional steamer and I just steamed it out a little bit from storage. I wanted to try to make it pristine. So there was no cleaning agents used on it or anything. But please let me know what I can do to be of assistance.
