hollandarthur @fullhouse582 Hello Sarah, As I was doing my final inspection before sending out your bag I noticed some slight discoloration on one side of the bag on the interior. While I highlighted the other flaws that I noticed I did not see this and do not feel comfortable selling this as NWT. The bag is still awesome but I want to make sure that you are aware. I will hold off on sending the bag (I normally ship same day). I will post additional photos. There are a couple of options available.

hollandarthur Options- 1. You can cancel the order completely. 2. I can include a check for a $20 refund for your inconvenience or you can take $20 off of another item in our closet. Please let us know how you would like to move forward ASAP. I will not put it in the mail until we hear back from you. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. We are very sorry.

hollandarthur @fullhouse582 Hi Sarah-I am going to go ahead and send the bag since I have not heard from you. We can work something out if you are not pleased with it-I just didn't want to cancel the order and tie up your money during that process. I will be sending it out tomorrow (12/11).
