saratta @lacey42425 I could not confirm that it was authentic. There was no tags inside like all my other coach purses. I want to return the item for a full refund.

lacey42425 @saratta I'm not sure what tag you're talking about but I can promise you it is authentic. I personally bought it from a Coach store in Tuscola, Illinois a few years ago along with another Coach purse. I'm really sorry you think I wasn't honest about the authenticity of the bag. lacey42425 @saratta I looked up what you are talking about and I guess I never really thought about it or looked for it because I bought it from the Coach store. I totally understand wanting to be sure on its authenticity!

lacey42425 @saratta I really appreciate that. I read up on the process today and it really depends on what Poshmark decides. It looks like they offer a few different options for you to choose from once offered. I really want you to be happy with your purchase and experience so I won't be offended at all if you still decide to send it back if they offer that to you. saratta @lacey42425 they approved the case for return, however I am trying to contact customer support to tell them I have decided to keep the purse. So sorry to put you through all this, I was just nervous about the purse and this was only my second purchase via Poshmark. Hopefully this is resolved soon and you are paid.
