Hi. Please accept the package even though it is the wrong order. Then send a note through the poshmark support to let them know you received the wrong package and ask for a mailing label to send it to the right posher. Hopefully they will do this but first you must accept the package😊Sorry for the trouble.

@poshmarkpastor the system does not let me accept the order since they have already recorded wrong item sent. It looks like it is working through their system though I gave not received an email from them. I'll keep checking.

@poshmarkpastor I contacted customer support again asking after a mailing label so I could send items to the other buyer. I did not hear back on my earlier inquiry, so have asked again. I'll keep you posted. Did the other buyer have any luck? Since I have not received a package yet I'm assuming not.
