sweet_mermaid Hi Savanna this has never happened to me switching items. Again I am sorry. I’ve looked up on how to correct this problem and apparently Poshmark customer service takes a long time to respond. Is there any I can email you a new shipping label for the correct person. And just drop off at any Post office. I will do the same with the other person. If so please send me your email ASAP so U can get you item in a couple days

sweet_mermaid I’m sorry and embarrassed this happed with your package. Per Poshmark, please open a case on the item and just let them know that I sent you someone else’s package. ASAP before your purchase is process. So Poshmark will send you a new shipping label to send to the correct buyer. Poshmark will do the same with the the person who received your item. Then just drop off at any post office.. I am truly sorry for your inconvenience.
