@hillmill61 They actually have black opal in Lightning Ridge. But nowhere near as much as boulder opals. Tons of blues, greens and yellows. I love it when they look like they're bleeding literal neon pastel rainbows.... I would love to mine my own one day 💯

hmmm sounds very cool. I'd like to see that. We do have a ring with black rhodium over sterling with gold over in a few areas. I t may be too feminine but you could at least let me know if it is the right idea. Shall I send it to the top of our page so you can see it?
