Hi Sean. I’ve noticed you left me a one-star review on Steve Madden loafers saying you cannot “find them”. I have shipped the item to the address you listed on Poshmark and USPS tracking shows it as delivered. I’m not sure what I can do as a seller. Did you check with your neighbors?

Hi Sean. The shoes came back to me, USPS tried to deliver to you twice but could not locate you per note. Are the address and name you listed on Poshmark correct? I can ship it again when you confirm or update.

@seanny29 it does not let me reprint the label now. I contacted customer support. I’ll wait for their answer, but in the worst case I can cancel the sale and put shoes back on sale for you to repurchase.

@seanny29 I got response from customer service - “We went ahead and reached out to the buyer to confirm their shipping address but they remain unresponsive. Please have them reach out back to us so we can send a new prepaid shipping label for your own convenience”
