Hello, I see your rating and the fact that you didn’t receive your item. This is something completely out of my control and I can only go by the USPS tracking, which shows successfully delivered. I’ve opened a case with poshmark, I suggest you do also. Also, please note, the rating doesn’t pertain to anything I did, as once I ship it, it is out of my hands.
