rikkileanne1 Hi you left me a 1 star rating and asked where your item was. I mailed them the day after your order and they were marked as delivered and accepted... if USPS lost or misdelivered item item they are the one with answers to your questions not me.

enstudebajer Hey girl, I sent your skirt almost 2 weeks ago. I’m. It sure what happened but it looks like there’s a covid-19 delay with post office. But then again I shipped it the next day.. I will contact posh support. This issue is beyond my control and therefore if you didn’t receive the item then please don’t issue a rating. Poshmark needs to resolve this. I shipped in a timely manner

enstudebajer @serenamclean oh no! that’s not good! It’s definitely the covid-19 issue with USPS. Please let me know what you hear. Once you do if you could please change my 1 star rating? Lol I’m not about my rating And I want to make sure you are a happy customer. So if you could please reconsider under these circumstances? I’m nervous about the 3 other items I sent along with yours. There’s something going array with the usps system but no matter the circumstances, poshmark will make it right.

enstudebajer @rikkijohnson01 exactly! Check. 1 star rating are a full low blow for something beyond our control... I’m sorry there’s a pattern here. If you don’t get your packages, all of them, then there seems to be a problem with your shipping info.

enstudebajer Serena, why are you submitting ratings when you haven’t even received the items? I understand you’re not a seller but if you could at least consider the most recent circumstances? A 1 star is a slap in the face and this issue is beyond my control. Or anyone’s control. I contacted poshmark regarding your inquiry. Sit tight and let the issue be resolved before you submit a BS rating

serenamclean @enstudebajer I found all of my packages. The mail man had put them in a neighbors parcel box. I apologize for the rating. I didn’t know that I could change it, but I will change it now. Next time if you ask someone to change there rating maybe say it in a nicer way. Like “ I’m not sure if you know, but you can change your rating. If and when you find your purchase I would greatly appreciate it if you would change your rating to reflect how you like your purchase”.

I have recently moved about a month ago, and had changed my address at the post office, and have received a few poshmark items before this incidence however I was wondering if they were still a accidentally shipped to a different address. And It made me rate it before I could do anything else. Sorry for my apparent “BS” ladies.

I didn’t know I could communicate with you without rating it. And if it’s something that can easily be changed, you should consider not jumping to conclusions so quickly.
