Hi there, I saw the comment you left in the review for the bite lipstick. I thought this was the amuse bouche formula? I did not realize the distinction but if you are not happy please submit a request for refund, I would be happy to take the item back so you can get refunded by Poshmark...

@mkats8 hi, i appreciate the offer for a refund. however, i used the item and only then realized it is the incorrect formula :( and yes, they are different.
i am not sure you would want it back once used, as it’s no longer NWT then.

@emoseal It's my fault; I'll accept it back even if you used it. I apologize. Please submit a claim with Poshmark and I'll confirm it is my error so you can get a full refund. I'll tell them you can keep the item. I would appreciate you revising/ removing the rating since I would have preferred you to reach out to give me the chance to make it right before posting. I've had errors on items I ordered too and I always just reach out first to the seller to see if I could resolve it first ❤ thanks

@emoseal Of course, don't worry about it at all! Where you click accept order, underneath it says problem or order inquiry, if you click that then you have options to let poshmark know something isn't right (item missing, item incorrect, etc). They open up a case and notify the seller. In our case I'll tell them right away that you're correct. Then someone reviews and gets back to us. That's when they should give you the money back as well 😊. thanks so much, sorry again for the mixup

I don't want any of my buyers to have a bad experience ordering on Poshmark, I sell a lot and I want everyone to be happy with their items 😊 I feel like such an idiot for not realizing there were 2 formulas as I own about 20 Bite lipsticks 🤦♀️
