Hi, Happy New Year! While at the post office yesterday, I tried to track the coat that you purchased from us. It was mailed out Priority on 12/16. I was told that the buyer had to submit a claim or look into it's whereabouts. It has stopped tracking and we would love to get it delivered to you. Thank you,
