galbk Hi, there has been a problem with your package and I am trying to sort it at the post office right now. I think they are returning it to me, there were problems with the labels and I will get it sorted out as soon as I can and reship. So sorry for the inconvenience.

galbk @shanitoin no there was a problem with my label I printed , USPS is sending it back to me so I will sort it out asap, I'm hoping to ship it out Monday or Tuesday, and shipping to your location from mine only takes about 2 full business days.

galbk Hey again, I think the post office made a mistake and delivered it to you rather than returning it to me so I could fix the problem. The package should be there, but it may or may not be the right item, there was a post office label mix up. I hope you got the right package! I have already let poshmark know of the mix up so I can resolve any problems that come up if the packages are messed up.

shanitoin @galbk okay it says the package was delivered so i’m gonna check the mail later on and see if i got the right one. if i didn’t tho then what do i do? am i supposed to pay and send it back?

galbk @shanitoin I'm waiting on a response from poshmark, and I will get in touch with the post office if it's the wrong package, if your package is squishy that means it's the jacket! If it's hard then that means it's the sandals meant for another buyer. Just let me know when you get it, I couldn't ask for you to pay the postage that would be wrong, it's my fault, I will try and fix it asap.

galbk @shanitoin if it is the wrong one, you should be able to tell the post office and they will return it to me and then charge me the postage to pick it up

galbk @shanitoin just got off the phone with USPS customer service, I was told if the package is not right (you should be able to tell, the jacket is thick and squishy and the sandals are hard) you can refuse the package and it will immediately get sent back to me, no charge to you. Hope it goes well! Sorry for all the trouble.

galbk @shanitoin so nothing was delivered? Hopefully that means they are returning it for me to fix. Another person ordered sandals and their label got mixed up with yours, that's why I was worried you got the sandals instead of the jacket you ordered. I am going to the post office first thing tomorrow to fix things I will update you when I get it back so I can reship.
