skitznova I hate knowing that you never received your order!! The shipment tracker has it down as delivered! I am sure Poshmark Support has helped out and I understand the negative feedback. thecapecouture @shannacakes. TY so much for writing! Here are some helpful ideas since you are new. Check if; 1. 1st check if your address is correct on poshmark. 2. If your address shows correct please contact USPS & explain. But, have the tracking #s available 3. Please contact Poshmark to change your ratings for us sellers. It is so detrimental & we will loose sales as others see it. I sure hope you find out the issue. Keep me posted sweety. I am here to help. Blessings

shannacakes @thecapecouture its weird because it’s so hit and miss. I will get orders for a bit and then some never show up. But I have contacted the customer service and asked if they could change your ratings. I’m sorry about that I didn’t realize it impacted sellers like that.
