botablu @ranchlady414 Hi there. Did you possibly make a mistake on your rating and reasoning? In the years we’re been selling we have NEVER heard—not even one complaint in all the thousands—about our packaging or shipping time. We take at least an hour to package each pair of boots and ship within 24-hours of purchase. Please let me know if you possibly confused us with someone else?

botablu @ranchlady414 I can count on less than 1 hand the amount of less than 5-star ratings we’ve gotten in years. I’m sorry we can’t control USPS or any delays or errors there. But your order was packaged beautifully and shipped ASAP. I’m hoping you made an error here. I’d appreciate a response telling us one way or another.

ranchlady414 @botablu there was so much stuffing in the boots I could barely get my hand in them to unstuff. Beautiful packaging but not very practical. Boots are lovely. Thank you.
