jazzcatvino Hi Sharifa - Unfortunately, it has passed the time for you to make a claim regarding the terracotta planter. You mentioned my not using bubble wrap, however I did use both bubble wrap & it was filled to the brim with paper shreds. I am sorry it arrived broken - CP must have been very rough with it. I don't think I could have fit any more bubble wrap or paper shreds in there no not sure what I could have done differently from my end. Perhaps Poshmark support will offer you a credit/reimbursement

jazzcatvino @sana1996 as per my note above, it has passed the allotted time to make a claim on this item. There is nothing I can do from my end. If you email Poshmark Support, they may be able to offer you a reimbursement or a credit. I am sorry, from my end I thought I couldn't have packed it any tighter

sana1996 @jazzcatvino Please recheck my rating as I edited my comment. After looking deep into the box, I found a small piece of bubble wrap lining the bottom of the box. It didn’t do much to protect the pot. It arrived in 2 pieces. Such a gorgeous pot! I also sell glass items and pottery but nothing so far has been reported to be broken. I dont want to be mean or brag, but if wrapped properly... this doesn’t happen. Please let me know if I can be reimbursed.

jazzcatvino @sana1996 I cannot reimburse from my end. Poshmark has already deposited the money, which has already been transferred to my account. I’m sure if you contact customer support explaining the situation, they will either provide you with a credit or reimbursement. I don’t do any personal e-transfers whatsoever, be it for sales or refunds.

jazzcatvino @sana1996 I read that a large amount of paper shredded was actually better than bubble wrap to ship terracotta because of its porous nature… I must have received incorrect information.
