carbeenie @karastrz hello! Sorry about that, I forgot I had to do that. It’s been so long since I’ve ordered something. I do have a question for you. I thought these were brand new, never worn so I was a little disappointed when I got them but they are in good shape. I was wondering if you treated them. I wanted to check with you before I wore them in case I needed to treat them. Thank you!

karastrz @carbeenie they were never worn, I sent them in the same condition as the pictures were shown. What was wrong with them?

carbeenie @karastrz there is a distinct crease on the top from where it would bend when you walk and the inside has indentations of toes that only happens after Uggs have been worn. Feet totally creep my out 😂 I ordered we insoles but it was an added expense. Were these treated? Thanks!
