sharon_marsh @peppersprinkles good morning Marilyn, I made a purchase for a pair of Guess boots on Dec 22 and the seller informed me she had donated the boots a week prior to my purchase and she forgot too remove them from the site and stated that I must contact Poshmark for a refund of my money...Please contact me ASAP. Thanks

peppersprinkles @sharon_marsh Hello there.. Oh no, sorry to hear of your inconvenience. She should have cancelled her listing and that would have cancelled the order.. But Yes, you can cancel that order on your "purchased" page. Look for the listing and under the "Problems/Order Inquiry" you can click "delayed order" and press Cancel to receive your refund. Again, apologizes.. Hopefully that seller will learn better for next time.. Let me know if you have any further questions.. Happy New Year!🎉
