weberle01 Hi there. In response to your recent review left on the Banana Republic Poncho... You placed your order on October 24th, which was a Saturday afternoon. I mailed out the item on Monday morning, October 26th, the next possible day the mail could be collected and sent out.

weberle01 I don’t know how the ship time could be improved unless I booked a flight and hand delivered it myself. For the description, what else would you recommend that I should have said to describe the poncho. I also included a picture of every angle of the piece.

weberle01 Cleanliness? The item was washed & placed into a box until sold. Was something wrong with the item? Feel free to contact Posh and ask for a return, I will gladly return you your money for the poncho. Clearly you just don’t like the poncho (not that it was anything that I did on my end when listing it).

weberle01 At this point I would rather donate it to someone who would appreciate it. Lastly, you said I could improve on packing? Each of my items is wrapped in tissue paper and include a hand written note. Very confused by your review and feel a bit insulted. Life is about lifting people, not knocking them down because you simply decided you didn’t like something.

patootesmith @weberle01 I honestly was just gonna give them to someone that could wear them & not worry about it. It was an honest mistake on the size. That's the only thing wrong. Everything else was perfect.
