Hello Shavon, first thank you for your order. I’m fairly new to POSHMARK but I’ve been selling on other platforms for a long time and this is the first time this has happened to me. I had about 200 packages of face masks, eye and skin treatments etc. in my storage room and today when I went to get the packages I found the entire shipment missing.

I called in the Troops and we search the entire house and storage areas and the garage (I moved recently) but it is now 10 PM and I am admitting defeat. It is all gone.
I do have other packages of facial masks and eye treatments. I’d be happy to send you three (3) boxes of our other products (all brand new) for the same price, or I can have POSHMARK refund your payment.

I’m terribly sorry about this, I don’t want to lose POSHMARK friends and I am at a total loss as to where that shipment disappeared to.
