cmyorkshire Hi there, received the Anthro cardigan and was wondering, did you happen to put it in the dryer? I have another one in a different color and this one is much smaller.

murrayoc @cmyorkshire I have no recollection of putting it in the dryer. I either hang dry, lay it flat or send my clothes to the dry cleaners.

cmyorkshire @murrayoc Did you buy this new? Maybe a previous owner put it in dryer. It definitely shrank somewhere along the way.

murrayoc @cmyorkshire I am sorry you are not happy after you accepted the sweater. I am very careful with the care of my clothing and follow the instructions on the label. It is possible that the same labelled product, mass produced as they are, is not identical. I have reached put to Support to see if they have any suggestions for us.
