Hi! ❤️ I'm the person you bought the kids north face hat for. Usps has been having some major issues due to weather in Chicago and Thanksgiving delayed everything a lot. I've never had a package take this long to deliver and I even contacted both posh and usps, who said to just wait and it's not lost. I just saw that it's out for delivery today, so I'm really happy! Hope you love it and happy holidays.
