chynnagrove Your dress was delivered on the 19th. I'm sorry u say it's smaller than described. I don't see how that is, though. Listing has measurements. Did u measure yourself & find a discrepancy?

shelley11k yes, my waist is 28 inches, which is why i ordered the dress to wear to my rehearsal dinner. The listing said it was 29 inches. However it did not fit around my 28 inch waist when it arrived. I received the dress in the mail today.

chynnagrove @shelleykier I see. But the waist does , in fact, measure the size I listed. I measured it myself. If it doesn't fit you it doesn't mean the measure is wrong. Perhaps you don't wear the same size in every brand.

chynnagrove @shelleykier Also, the tracking # says the date it was delivered. Do u have a doorman? Where was the package, I wonder, since the day it was delivered and the day you actually got it.

shelley11k @chynnagrove I didn't order it by size, I measured the inches, on my waist. The dress was less than 28 inches at the waist.
