@carters2 Hi there! We see you opened a claim stating our "item was not as described" due to being the "damaged or stained." The item was brand new with our boutique tags, and manufacturer tags, size M/L. There were no damages. May we ask what the real issue is? ;)

@sgfashion Hi, the left seam below the waistline around your hip area is not sewn properly. When you hold it up and look at it you would not notice it so I am not surprised that you would not have seen it. It is a beautiful dress! You can't wear it though because it does not lay smoothly on your hips. It has a big pucker. I sent a photo..

@carters2 How strange! We inspect all garments inside and out before shipment and our original photos show no damage as claimed. Poshmark will be in contact with you soon regarding this issue.

@sgfashion Unless you actually tried the dress on you would not see it. Your inspection would not have caught it. Like I said, it is beautiful and I am disappointed that I have to return it.

@carters2 Hi Shelley! Since you made an offer on each of the items separately, it was processed as two orders. The bundle price would be 10% off of the listed price of each item ($45 for the clutch, $35 for the necklace), making the total $80, with the discount $72. Through your offers it was $70 which was a little less. :) I'll ship them together. If you reach out to support (at) poshmark.com they should be able to help you out with the duplicate shipping charge!
