ms_goodeye Hi Shelley I would like to accept your offer on the colorful DB bag - but just want to make sure you saw the note about the slight yellowing along the top zipper. That said this is still a super cute bag- I’m having a hard time parting with it. 😢 It’s not very noticeable but wanted to make sure you were aware. I want all my Posh buyers to be happy 😊

shelleylowell @ms_goodeye Hi there... I do see the yellowing 😬I have had this bag in the past & once it starts to yellow it only gets worse and at some point the whole bag will be yellow😳that’s the reason I didn’t want to go above 60.00 I will probably only get about 1 year of use before that happens😬not sure why a company like Dooney has not fixed the problem with the white bags...🙄

ms_goodeye @shelleylowell hi there. So I’ve been in a quandary about this all day - after what you said about it getting more and more yellow. I don’t feel comfortable selling this knowing that now. I’ve been reading forums about this & there doesn’t seem to be anything that can be done to reverse or stop it 😕. I’m not one to pass off a known lemon. 🍋 I’m just going to take down the listing.

shelleylowell @ms_goodeye I understand. If you take a look at other bags on Poshmark with the same fabric you will see how yellow they become. One thing that I did in the past is send it back to Dooney & Bourke.I sent a purse & the matching wallet because they both turned so yellow 😫the company did reimburse me with a credit to purchase on line or in a Dooney store. They did take off 20% from original purchase price but well worth sending it in.I hope it works out for you💁🏼‍♀️

ms_goodeye @shelleylowell thanks. Does it matter if I never sent in the registration card? I’m a major DB fan - but mostly have bought their leather bags - which I’ve been very happy with. I’ve been using the same bag for work - loaded down with a laptop etc for almost 10 years and it still is in great condition.
