ccc20557 Hi, i purchased a beautiful white top but for an unknown reason the package was returned to you. I saw in my address that the appartment number (condo 518) is missing. ccc20557 I just saw that Canada Post returned the package to the sender because it was received after the cut-off time. Would it be possible for you to re-ship it ? I am moving at the end of June and i just want to make sure my package is received before i move. Thanks 🌸

merch_maison @ccc20557 I have sent Poshmark an email for how to proceed and am waiting for their reply. They usually get back in 1-2 days. I am optimistic that it will get to you in time. In the meantime if you update your address on your Poshmark account to include your unit number we will be good to ship once they approve the request for another shipping label. Thanks!

firegal123 Hi.... It is Tammy (@firegal). I just purchased two great Pucci tops from you. I cannot believe my self but I just moved from Ottawa to London and I forgot to update my address on this site. I just saw that my parcel was delivered to my old house in Ottawa. I reached my old neighbor who went next door. THe new owner of my house has returned the package to you. I have let poshmark support know about this. I definately want the items and how does this work? I have updated my address.

firegal123 Thank you. They answered me asking if I could pick up in Ottawa and of course I said no they have been sent back to you as of today. It will likely take a couple of days to get back to you. Let me know if and when you get them. We will both work with the customer service to get them to me! I cant believe I forgot about my address change. Arrrghh!

firegal123 @merch_maison hi.. just following up re my pucci tops. My tracking info says it has been sent back to you and is en route. The Poshmark site says they don't see any tracking but I see something so fingers crossed. it shows up first of the week and we can see if Poshmark will cover the shipping to have it sent to my new updated correct address. I am just so upset with myself for forgetting to change that address.
