pratakid I wanted to leave you a message because I absolutely did not use the item you received. I never even opened it. I received this brand new and already knew I wasn’t a fan so I put it on. I’ve been selling on poshmark for years and never had an issue. I apologize and wanted to leave a comment because I am very upset myself when I opened the box. Again I apologize you weren’t satisfied. If you want to check my closet ill take an additional 10 percent off anything if your interested. Thanks.

shezmartel @pratakid hi not sure what happened maybe something happened in transit but I took pics as soon as I opened the jar as it was upside down in box and didn’t appear full. I then inquired to poshmark if item was not new . Thank you for responding . I wish that I could have just contacted you directly but I didn’t see that option

pratakid @shezmartel no problem. Like I said 10 percent if your interested. I just feel terrible. At first I was thinking maybe the heat but you saying it’s upside down is an issue. Again I’m so sorry. I don’t ever want someone to be unhappy because of an issue on my part.
