poshrjg Hi Sheri - happy you received the mug ... puzzled by your comment. I didn’t use scotch tape to ship. In fact I have a 5 * rating mainly due to my good packaging work. Your mug was packed w/ bubble wrap & card board, sealed with thick shipping tape many times over. My guess is that the USPS opened the box and didn’t seal appropriately.

shelynbo Must have. Yes, the mug was wrapped very well with bubble wrap & cardboard packing was in the box, but there was only 1 piece of tape holding the box closed. Thanks! I’ll edit my rating for you!! 👍🏼😉
