mfaith85 Hi there, I just saw that you rated me one star for seller responsiveness and other, and said you didn’t get the package. Is your address correct? Because poshmark sends me the label, and releases earnings once the item has been delivered to the address. You never contacted me, otherwise I would have tried to help please check your address and make sure it’s correct. Then we can contact poshmark to make this right for you.

sherioneill I believe my address is correct. I ordered a dress Sept 2 and received it . I waited until after I received the dress before I reached out to you. I thought I had sent a message direct to you asking if you had shipped it because I did not receive it. But I am new to poshmark and maybe I didn't get it sent to you. I am sorry that it appears you fulfilled your end but I didn't get it on my end. My Post office box is small so they couldn't put it in my box it has to be picked up at the counter.

sherioneill @mfaith85 Faith I went to the Post office and it was their error. They had the package on the wrong shelf and that is why I didn't receive it. I am so sorry. You did such a cute job wrapping it and the package it came in was cute. The sweater is in perfect condition and I will try to change my review to the highest rating . Once again I am sorry for the issue. It was neither of our faults. Thank you I love the sweater
