Hi! This is Tania with the Zara faux leather jacket you purchased... Unfortunately I was about to pack it up for you and realized there is some peeling around the neck area as it is a faux leather jacket and not actual leather. The jacket had been hanging nicely on a hanger but I guess with time it got damaged :( I can still send it out to you if you’d like if not you can cancel the order. hello, The Chanel purse I sent you was delivered at your address two days ago and I just have not had to wait for a rating before, so I'm just checking in. The money takes a long time to get to me anyways through the app, and even once you do rate my item it will still take 3-5 days to show up in my account. So rating with the quickless is a pretty important thing for buying items! 🙃💞 Hope to hear from you soon.
