diligentdiva74 @shilin20 go to your icon(username) bottom right , click on it, then click on Balance you should see your monies (if buyer has accepted it) click on it and then click redeem!!😊.

shilin20 @diligentdiva74 thanks , I tried this but it did not work. Still could not access my bank info. Do I have to wait until my first buyer accepts the item before I can add my bank info? I find that confusing

shilin20 @vintagebow it seems that I have to open a “case” which I wanted to avoid on your behalf. Because they say offer purchases can not be canceled in the 3 hour time frame , and there is no other possibility to cancel that I am aware of
