I’ll have to make it more than one post Lol if you want to buy you can either search for what you want (a blue forever 21 shirt) or just search people’s closets. Once you found something you would like to buy you can either click offer and make an offer or buy now. Both are on the picture. They’ll automatically add the $6.49 shipping to your order. It asks you to confirm before the deal is done. To sell items first take pictures, I do the front, back, the tags,

babysydney @dampierross if there’s any flaws I take a picture of the flaws, if there’s a funky pattern I take a close-up of the pattern, if you have a mannequin or you’re willing to model people often like to see it on the person. I do not model sometimes my kids will model LOL but it’s not required. Once you have the pictures on your phone you go into the Poshmark app and along the bottom of the screen it will say sell in the middle. You click that icon then it will give you the camera,

babysydney @dampierross you can take the pictures through the app or you can click the little file folder on the bottom left and pull them out of your camera on your phone. Your first shot, your cover shot, should be the best picture of the front of the item. They will give you different filters to go through I usually ignore those LOL. The next thing you do is underneath the pictures there is a whole list of things you have to list

babysydney @dampierross you have to give it a title which should just be very basic like a blue shirt from forever 21 or a black purse. The next one is the description that’s where you get into the details, what it is, where it’s from, whether it’s in “excellent used condition” EUC or “good used condition” GUC and I always list any flaws, sometimes measurements are good too.

babysydney @dampierross Depending how much your listing it can get very tedious. You will continue down the list of things some things are optional some things are not. it will tell you if you’re missing something when you try to list it. You always have to list an original price but I always just put 777 because most of the time I cannot remember what the original price was. Most things will not sell for original price even if they’re new with tags

babysydney @dampierross Many people come in with offers that are ridiculous (I had a real leather purse listed at $25 and was offered $10) and feel free to refuse them or counter offer them. Once you’ve gotten through the page of everything you have to list there’s a button at the top right I think that says either submit or post if you click that it will list your item and it will be on Poshmark‘s feed.
