lorrphillips Although you’ve intimated the bag has been sent, Posh mark has advised that the item hasn’t yet started tracking, suggesting that it hasn’t actually been shipped. It would be helpful if you could answer me just once, and let me know if you actually intend to ship the bag. Failing that, we can cancel the order and I will buy from another seller. Please could you respond.

lorrphillips @simransethi500 Posh Mark just emailed me and said there are no records of it being shipped, and NO tracking. On the ‘sale’ it was still ‘awaiting shipment’ until late last night when it changed to ‘waiting USPS scan’. A seller can do that simply by hitting the three boxes (label, packed, shipped) on the sale page. It doesn’t meant it’s shipped, it simply means you’ve ‘ticked’ all the boxes. It’s only ‘shipped’ when USPS scan it at their office. In this case it hasn’t started scanning.

lorrphillips ../continued. If you said it was shipped at the weekend then why did the shipping label not scan as normal? Perhaps you should check with your post office because it looks as though the package has been lost between your home and the postal service area.
