Hi, I received the low rating that you gave me, because you mentioned that one of the mallard glasses was broken upon delivery. I am in disbelief, as I certainly thought they were packaged well. Is it possible to send pictures of the damaged one? Thanks.

Hi, I don't know if you can. I'm pretty new at Poshmark, and don't know all there is to know about the operation. You don't have to send pics. I guess that I just can't believe one didn't survive the delivery. They really must handle packages rough. So sorry this happened.

@ginghamgallery I can send a pic via email if that would help. Packaging seemed sufficient, maybe a larger box so more packing was surrounding them. Box seemed in pretty decent condition as well. But one didn't make it.
