offres Hi! You recently purchased the Teva slippers from my closet. It says that USPS tried to deliver the package today but it’s now being sent back to me because “ the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid” meaning that it is not your address anymore. Let me know if the address you used is correct. I think you can call USPS and have the package redelivered. If not, it will come back to me and you would have to purchase it again with the correct address. Thanks!

16sophiasmith @offres Hi! Thank you so much for messaging me! That address is my address but I am subleting a room so sometimes the delivery is funky. You can either just charge me for shipping and take them back or I can call tomorrow and try to figure it out. Thank you so much!

offres @16sophiasmith thanks for the quick reply. You have the tracking number so call your local post office tomorrow and I’m sure they can redeliver it. I think poshmark will charge you for the shipping (never had this happened to me before) or I can print out a new label and send it back. If you could leave a note on your door for USPS that would be great. Keep me posted tomorrow! Thanks again.

16sophiasmith @offres hi! I tried calling USPS and for some reason I can’t get them to hold it at the local post office and they are closed until Monday. I will call again then but if it ships back to you will you let me know and I can give you another address or we could work out a refund and I will just have payed for shipping?

offres @16sophiasmith sounds good, no problem. I did some research and I think I can just print out a new label and ship it back to you. Monday is Labor Day so most likely it will be closed. If you can’t pick it up, once I get it back, I can let you know and you can update your shipping address to a new one. I’ll confirm with you the address and then use that label to ship it to you. We’ll figure it out no worries! Hope you enjoy the long weekend!
