Just want you to know that I’m not sure what the hold up is on your shipment...seems to be stuck in Stoney creek for some reason according to the last update. I sent it out the day you purchased....I think there is such a jam in the postal services right now...I have put an inquiry in with Canada post.

@occigirl I do have a ticket in with Canada post...waiting for an update from them to find out what the issue is...shouldn’t be a packaging issue, I packaged in a box with brown paper around it...and taped well. I hope it’s not lost...because I also put a present in there too for you...I’m sorry this is happening...

Please contact them through the contact and indicate the shipping tracking when you do. I’m sorry I don’t know why this never arrived to you yet...not happy with Canada post for this. Posh is being very good about it. And if you want a refund I’m sure they will give you a refund as well.

Not this time, however just got reply and answer in the regular email, it will go back to them. That’s what I did last time. Just put whatever info they want into the regular body of an email. When you hit reply the case number and everything goes back to the right person. Try that. Glad to hear they are looking into it

@occigirl I make my boxes by value not quantity, so it’s hard to say. The large box will have $300 worth of stuff, so if I had to guess around 12-20 products 💕 But it all depends on the individual price of them :) And yes, all the products in the box will be full size (no samples, or travel/mini products). However I usually include a couple complimentary samples with my orders as a “thank you”, but it won’t count towards the value of the box 🥰
