Stephanie, I just had another case opened on the second pair of boots that I shipped the same time as yours. It looks like there may be a problem at my post office. I have shipped over 450 packages without any problems. I am very sorry you did not get your boots. I see that Poshmark took care of you. Thanks, Beth Ann
