jessicabelitz Hi there, I still have no idea why they charged more shipping. Poshmark said charges are often the result of the weight of the package being more than 5 lbs, which is impossible because it is literally the bikini in an envelope! They said it could also be that I used the wrong box (but I used the same kind I always use).

jessicabelitz From Poshmark support: “we ask that you ask them to accept the order and pay the additional postage fees. Then, they send us a photo of their receipt and we would be happy to reimburse them the additional postage fees in Posh Credits.”

jessicabelitz Or, you can refuse it, and it’ll be sent back to me eventually and I can print a new label and ship it again (which may take a while). I’ve never had this issue before and I want you to be happy. I’m so sorry that you’ve had to deal with this. Please let me how I can make this right!
