Hi you purchased a pair of merrell shoes from us and we just got the package back saying return to sender not able to forward. Can you please contact Poshmark to change your address so we can get these out to you as soon as possible.

@cabernetnic the address was correct, the post office replied that the addressee was unknown. I was st home the whole day and I never saw the mail man. I ve been at this address and received other packages here. My address is stephanie power, 6601S McLemore, OKC, OK 73159

@slp68 so sorry about this mix. I can go ahead and ship it back out to you if you're ok with that. I have reached out to poshmark to have them send me another shipping label. I will update them with the latest and try to get these shipped out to you tomorrow. You're in okc so you're not too far from me so you should receive them pretty quickly. Again sorry for the inconvenience unfortunately I have zero control once I drop the package off at the post office. Have a great night.

@slp68 Hi Stephanie. Yes i shipped them on that same day and then I just got them back again yesterday. I am not sure what the deal is with your address. I let Poshmark know yesterday they said that they would reach out to you. If you have a different address I am more than happy to send it out as many times as it takes. I feel bad that this is happening to you.

Best bet would be to let Posh know of another address and they will send me a new mailing label. I can then ship it out again right away for you.

@cabernetnic I actually went to the post office and complained. I think it’s a case of the guy not wanting to go to the door. I received other packages that fit in mail box and mail.

@slp68 That's not right. I though delivering the mail was in their job description. I went ahead and put it in a fresh box with a poly mailer over the box for water protection. So lets see if we can get this package to you. Thanks for your understanding. You're awesome!
