stephieg2016 @yenashmeade My attempt was to have these for thumb rings. My normal ring size is a 4.5 so I thought that the size 5 would work for a thumb ring. But these seem to run a bit small. Do you think the 6 would work for the thumb?

yenashmeade @stephieg2016 just give you an idea, my ring finger is a size 4.75, index and middle is a size 6.5 left 7 right and my thumb is a size 7.5 left 8 right. I will tag you how to measure your ring size, hope that helps!

kayharrah In addition, I mailed the dress the same day and i made sure it was steamed and pressed before sending. It also has never been worn and is in store-bought condition, so I’m curious as to what I can do better - thanks so much again ☺️

stephieg2016 @tami_ziel Update: I've been trying to look around on my end and I found a couple of things... It looks like USPS never accepted the original shipment tracking number (9405510202061122490036) and instead recorded the box with the shoes under the same number as the box with the shirt and jeans. I only know this because I received an orange notice from the post office telling me I have to pay $14.90 if I want to come pick it up. :-( Tried to attach a photo of it but can't for some reason.

tami_ziel @stephieg2016 Good morning. I contacted Poshmark and let them know about the mix up. Apparently I accidentally printed the same postage label twice and used the same one for both boxes so postage only worked on one of them. Are the shoes at your local post office?

tami_ziel @stephieg2016 I’m so sorry. I’ll ask them to refund your purchase so you get your money back. You may have to open a case. I contacted Poshmark again so hopefully they can refund without opening an actual case. Will that work for you? I think this way you won’t be out any money because of my mix up. I will absolutely make it clear that the funds for the shoes need to be reversed.

tami_ziel Good morning. I heard back from Poshmark support but their suggestion was to not pay postage and send the shoes back for refund and repurchase if desired. I explained that you had already paid for postage and asked for the transaction to be reversed. Hopefully that happens within the next day or so. Thank you for being patient with this. This is my first time having an issue so I’m learning as I go 😊.
