pm_lululemon @prettydawg I sold her brand new with tags and packaging beauty items- never been touched before. Brand new in the packaging! I shipped in 2 hours. She comes back at me with a 2 star rating saying one of them is dried up. Keep in mind everything is brand new. I have 12 people with me while I’m sobbing over this one woman ruining my ratings. This is a big part of my income.
