hi I'm not sure what's going on with the tracking of your package but it has been dropped off at the post office I can reassure you of that I'm waiting to see what the end of the day brings and I'm going there first thing in the morning if it hasn't started tracking this is ridiculous I apologize

hi Steve I wanted to apologize for all of this I'm I was on my way to the post office to see what was going on with all my packages and I was in a car accident I've just been released from the hospital and they said that there was somebody new in the post office and everything got all messed up so it should be tracking any second now I'm so so sorry
