thedayman Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry and embarrassed! I honestly had no idea there were snags or damage...no excuses are acceptable but I truly thought I surveyed every inch before packing it so idk how that occurred. I hope my history of only 5 star reviews at least shows I did not mean this intentionally and am most ashamed. I know I deserve the bad review still, but I wish I could give you a refund and let you keep the item. I will see if that’s possible. My sincere apologies.

thedayman Unfortunately it looks like you would need to first request a refund due to this issue, I can’t just issue one for some reason. They will send you a shipping label and your refund will process as soon as it’s scanned in. I’m sorry for the trouble but I’m assuming you’d rather get a refund if it’s in 1 star condition. Or I can submit a wrong item report and you can have something else in my store for an exchange. I hope you will please request a refund as this was truly an accident.
