totopuff Good afternoon, I am messaging you in reference to the Alice & Olivia jacket you purchased from me. I pulled the jacket from inventory and the lining is white silk; there were stains under the armpits on the inside lining. I have had the jacket dry cleaned again but the stains on the lining are still visible. I won’t sell something unless it is in pristine condition. (Continued)

totopuff Part II: After getting the jacket dry cleaned, I tried spot cleaning the lining again. The outside of the jacket is in excellent condition. When I bought the jacket, I must not have looked at the inside of the lining, which is unusual for me, but I certainly am not infallible! What I would like to do, if you are still interested in the jacket, is I would like to offer it to you at half price. I am going to cancel this transaction so that your funds will not be held up.
